Prunus persica ‘Contender’
Want to grow peaches, but live in the North? The cold-hardy Contender Peach can thrive in areas where the temperatures reach below zero in winter. In spring, the trees are covered in pretty pink flowers that attract bees and butterflies. The Contender produces medium to large freestone fruit with sweet, juicy yellow flesh.
